NUBD Terms & Conditions — The Complete Guide for Members

Nubd.im (hereinafter referred to as "nubd" or "we") is an international online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between nubd and its members.

• Each individual may register only one account.

• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Accounts may not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• Nubd may request identity verification documents from any member at any time.

Nubd may request a copy of your ID at any time for age verification purposes. Failure to submit valid identification may result in temporary account suspension.

The following rules apply to all betting on nubd at all times. They cover every type of bet — Sports Betting, casino, and live betting.

• Minimum Bet Amount: A minimum of ৳50 is required per bet. Maximum limits may vary depending on the event and market.
• Bet Confirmation: Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled — unless nubd acknowledges a technical error on its part.
• Odds Change: Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation remain valid even if the odds change afterwards.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Result Settlement: The official result of the event is final. Live scores or information from unofficial sources will not be accepted.
• Suspicious Bets: If nubd determines that a bet is fraudulent or connected to match-fixing, nubd reserves the right to void that bet.
• Multiple Accounts: Placing bets from multiple accounts is a punishable offense.

The following rules govern all financial transactions on nubd and are mandatory. All transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit ৳200. A maximum deposit limit applies per transaction and varies by payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• The payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same (to prevent money laundering).
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Failed deposits will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
• Nubd reserves the right to hold withdrawals if a transaction is deemed suspicious.

Nubd offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms. The general bonus policy is outlined below.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members on their first deposit only. Each person may claim this once.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nubd platform. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Opening or managing more than one account.
• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.
• Using multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on nubd's systems.
• Opening or operating an account using false information.

Nubd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• If identity verification fails or false information is found.
• Suspicious betting activity or any attempt at fraud.
• Abuse of bonus policies.
• Under the direction of a court or regulatory authority.

You may request to close your account at any time. Your withdrawable balance will be returned, but any bonus balance will not be refunded.
